General Terms and Conditions (AGB) of Tactical Sandbox

§1 Scope and Definitions

These terms apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their valid version at the time of ordering. A "consumer" refers to any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or professional activities.

§2 Conclusion of Contract, Storage of Contract Text

(1) These regulations apply to orders made through our online shop at [website link].

(2) The contract is concluded with Tactical Sandbox, located at Aegidienwall 7, 33378 Rheda-Wiedenbrück, Germany.

(3) The presentation of products in our online shop is not a binding offer but an invitation to order.

(4) The order process involves selecting products, confirming your selection, checking the details in the cart, logging in, and completing the purchase.

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date

(1) Prices include VAT and other price components, with shipping costs added separately.

(2) Payment methods available include PayPal, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

§4 Delivery

(1) We aim to ship immediately, typically within 5 working days after payment.

(2) Risk of loss or damage of goods passes to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier.

§5 Retention of Title

We retain ownership of the goods until full payment is received.

§6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

To exercise the right, consumers must inform us in writing (via email or post).

Consequences of Withdrawal:

Upon withdrawal, we will refund all payments, including shipping costs, within 14 days.

§7 Withdrawal Form

A model withdrawal form is provided for consumers to complete and send back if they wish to cancel the purchase.

§10 Language of the Contract

The contract language is German only.
