General Terms and Conditions of Tactical Sandbox
§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions
(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part but is merely an invitation to consumers to place orders. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) When receiving an order in our online shop, the following rules apply: The consumer makes a binding offer by successfully going through the order process in our online shop.
The order process takes place in the following steps:
Selection of the desired goods
Confirmation by clicking the “Order” button
Review of the details in the shopping cart
Clicking the “Checkout” button
Logging into the online shop after registration and entering login details (email address and password).
Final review and correction of the entered data.
Binding submission of the order by clicking the “Place Order” or “Buy” button.
Before submitting the order, the consumer can return to the page where the customer data is entered and correct errors by clicking the “Back” button in the browser or cancel the order by closing the browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately via an automatically generated email (“Order Confirmation”). With this, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We will send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions by email. You can always view the Terms and Conditions at https://tacticalsandbox.com/terms-and-conditions. For security reasons, your order data is no longer accessible via the internet.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The prices stated include statutory VAT and other price components. Shipping costs may apply in addition.
(2) The consumer has the option to pay via PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless otherwise stated clearly in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for shipment immediately. Delivery will take place within 5 business days at the latest. The delivery period starts, in the case of prepayment, the day after the payment order is given to the bank instructed with the transfer, and for other payment methods, the day after the conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the delivery location, the deadline ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and deterioration of the goods passes to the consumer once the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
§5 Retention of Title
We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been made.
§6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers have a right of withdrawal as follows, where a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity:

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees due to the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods without delay and in any case within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
